I have been loving the neon trend I am seeing everywhere, but am a little hesitant to jump on the bandwagon because sometimes wearing neon can be a challenge- especially for someone like me with a mostly monochromatic closet.  When I saw this neon pink skirt in j.crew, I instantly fell in love!  I didn't purchase it, because even though I loved the color $110 was out of my budget for a skirt I wouldn't wear that frequently, because let's be honest... people will REMEMBER this skirt.  Now that the skirt has gone on sale for $49.99, I caved and purchased and I can't wait to start playing with ways to wear it!

living room love.

I don't know what it is about this time of year, but with the weather warming up I get the itch to do some SERIOUS Spring cleaning/redecorating around my home.  This year, I am itching to work on my living room.  Right now my living room is pretty bare bones aside from a sofa and entertainment center.  I have refrained from really buying any decor because I have been really wishy-washy about what direction I want to go.  Thankfully, Pinterest has come to my rescue!
